- Lodgement and Approvals by Private Certifier
Exclusions:
Private Certifier Fees, Long Service Levy and any fees, bonds or Section 94 Contributions requested by council |
PACKAGE 2- CUSTOM DESIGN (Development Application through Council) $ POA
- Survey Plan
- Custom Designed Architectural Plans
- Structural Engineering Plans OR Structural Adequacy Certificate
- Concept Stormwater Drainage Diagram*
- Statement of Environmental Effects
- Neighbour Notification Plans
- Waste Management Plan
- Basix Certificate
- Sydney Water quick check
- Lodgement of Application to Council
Exclusions:
Council lodgement fees, Long Service Levy and any fees, bonds or Section 94 Contributions requested by Council

Other Services or fees that may be required:
If you block falls to the rear, a detailed stormwater plan may be required *
If sewer line is located in rear yard, a Peg-out may be required
If building close to sewer line, a Water Services Co-ordinator will need to be engaged
If any trees are to be removed, an Arborist may be required
If building in a heritage area, a heritage consultant may need to be involved
If building in a bushfire area, a bushfire report may be required
If these or any other consultants are required, we will provide a quote for you and
deal with the consultants on your behalf
