We are a small team of talented and enthusiastic building designers in Sydney, with a passion for functional, aesthetic and sustainable design.

Our team consists of experienced building designers who provide practical and cost effective solutions for your project, your site conditions and most importantly, your budget.

What we do?
Our primary role is to help obtain the necessary approvals required for your building project, and we do this by providing you with the correct design advice for your project, preparation of all council plans and documents, obtaining all approvals and then finally helping you choose the correct builder for your project.

We will even engage any consultants required for your project, and lodge the application on your behalf.

We make it as easy as possible by taking care of all the red tape approvals process for you.
